Meet Noema
Noema Mahutariki is a qualified Financial Counsellor and Monash University Business graduate with extensive experience delivering financial literacy programs across diverse communities throughout Far North Queensland. She has led and coordinated the Saver Plus financial literacy program with The Benevolent Society for ANZ Bank and has developed tailored life skills and financial education initiatives for job seekers, disengaged youth, and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities. In recognition of her impact, she was awarded The Benevolent Society’s Best Life Award for her leadership in financial inclusion.
As the Founder of WoW (Woman on a Wire) Mentoring, Noema partners with government, non-profit organisations, financial institutions, education providers, churches and schools to create meaningful pathways toward financial confidence and independence. Her work blends professional expertise with cultural insight, empowering individuals and communities to build capability, reclaim their understanding of wealth and wellbeing, and achieve lasting financial security.
